Steve - your doin g whagt I couldn't - remaking hte track frames for better alignment..... great upgrade!
The transmission was from RC4WD - its has metal gears and a machined aluminum case - twin 55 turn motors..... the differentials came from a Duratrax Nitro Quake - see last pic..... some more pics of the original build up.....

Ten Cells (12V).... Did I see it right? What capacity do they have?
