You see an off color part or a ripple'ish in it? If it's a ripple you should be able to just smooth it, start lightly swith something like 400 grit and move up, 800, 1000, 1500 etc, until it's smooth.
If it's an off color, just reprime the spot, or the whole truck, and paint. You don't want too much paint as it'll start filling in details however, door handles, panel lines etc. If you want to strip it though, yellow can Easy Off oven cleaner will make quick work of it.

If you have to sand the spot to smooth it out, make sure you wet sand it.

Uh... the only sandpaper I have is 100 grit. At least, I think that's what grit it is.

Dont use that!!!!! Get at least 400 grit, 600 would be better!
