Looks like the tow truck was in good position for the turn ahead, but the driver of the rig being pulled wandered a bit too wide and dropped it on the shoulder. After that it was all over.

the semi being towed had almost no thread left in his tires so it was like a 40 ton sleigh rather than a truck.
