Right on the nose - round here - mobile home manufacturing capital of the US - or at least it was until about 2yrs ago - theyre called "toters". Best technical term is "Modular Home re-location and services vehicle".....
a video - at the tail end is the hitch - I have it on a 2-way switch -  and this is what toters are for....
