that's a pretty serious bucket... and your version seems to mirror it pretty well.

Good work.

Are those going to be the actual teeth or are you using them as adapter so you can use different styles of teeth?

I'm afraid those are the teeth, I didn't go so far that I make separate tips for them

The bucket is almost done. I still must braze some of the seams with Durafix.

They look good, I was just asking because if those were going to be adapters you definitely had my attention as to how you were going to make teeth to go over them.

You are doing an amazing job on this just as you did on the grader and I really enjoy seeing what you machine out next.

I started to build the upper frame. First I made the center assembly.
In the last picture you can get some idea of the size of this thing by comparing it to the 5 inch floor boards.

I'm flat out speechless! I don't know what to say. I'm not sure there is a word in the human vocabulary that really does this build justice.

So far it weighs 5 kilos. I'm trying to make the undercarriage and upper frame as heavy as possible to keep it steady while digging.

I started to make the undercarriage. First parts are the inner plates. In the pictures you can see the drive mechanism. There will be more support bearings for the axles.
