Default Radio transmitter and receiver

Hi Guys,

Can anybody help me i've recently brought a wedico cat 996g loading shovel i have put a 6 channel receiver in the unit but i'm using a model 2 {throttle left for planes} transmitter, my question is do i have to change over any of the servos in the receiver so that it works normally.

Any help gratefully received

Hi, it should work normally plug your throttle esc into channel 3, what radio do you have? if its airplane then does it have a ratchet on the throttle stick?

Hi carp,

I'm using a Saturn 2.4 ghz 6 channel receiver/ transmitter and it does have a ratchet on the throttle stick ( left hand side)

so did you get it to work? or did you want a spring return on the throttle?

Hi carp I finally managed to get my new model out, yes the radio does work well still trying to work out ll the functions though.
