Time for a small update.

Shot some primer on the sleeper to see how much sanding I still need to do.....Holy cow. All the little spots are magnified.

.

Also got the motor/trans and 5th wheel mounted. Then moved the front axle forward some more. Gonna have to mount the shock tower mounts at an angle to to keep the function of them. here's a couple pics

understatement of the year! i found that out for a few months on mine! just remember, more time now makes prettier truck later!

the 1:1 Petes are like than too, call it another scale touch!

I think the height of the sleeper might be a bit too much. What do you guys think.

it does seem a bit high, but you can tweek it with shims under the cab, or matching the cab roof to it. it doesnt look bad like that tho either.
keep up the good work! she'll be a beaut for sure!

Had to dust this off for a small update.

I cut down the height of the sleeper, got the hood glued back on.
The weather wasn't cooperating to try and get any body work done. Seems like all I do is fill and sand, then repeat.
Got a package in the mail the other day...Steve's A/C's, these are nice. I had to put them on and see what it looked like.

Then today I got home from work and another package came in the mail
