Thanks Rob
Thanks Rob, The motor is from the robot shop. 17rpm 277oz/in(same motor I used in my track machines) It works well you just have to pay attention when you're driving so that you don't toast the motor when its hard over. I don't really mind that it doesn't self center like a servo would but I could see how this setup may not be great on a "loaner" if the person at the controls wasn't savy. I recently purchased some giant scale servos from our friend in Mill Bay and I was thinking of installing one of them in here but it works the way it is and I may have another use for them soon so I think that I'll just leave it.

Last night I bent up all the grab rails and welded them on to the cab. Today I made and installed the fuel tank which will actually be the hydraulic tank on the model. I also made some other detail stuff and welded or bolted it on. I finally feel like I am gaining ground on this one! There is a few things left to do before paint though. I will be starting on the hydraulic valves within the next couple weeks so that is when the real swearing and cursing will begin!

As always, Thanks for looking!
