Your drum speed might be too slow... my screener bucket spins at about 60rpm, I tip it a couple of degrees from level and the material comes quickly, even damp soil... get the lumps tumbling, that'll vibrate the drum & shake all the fines out. Your feeder trough, could line with puck board - very slippery plastic.
