wow your listening to the radio???
Ive seen guys fired for that down here on long island
the company i worked for removed all the radios from the trucks
after a accident.
a pay loader hit a dump truck in the side
and the d/t driver was the boss of another company and
pitched a fit about the guy listening to the radio, that night all the trucks were parked the mechanics ripped all the radios out

I usally don't listen to the radio. and if I am it is only if I am just loading trucks. if I am working on grade prep, or digging main line. working with guys on the ground I always have it off.
