Haha, Thanks pal, The hangman? Heres a better video of it in the daylight...if you didnt see this one. We go nuts around halloween time. Checkout the Barrel Guy too from our last years setup.

I built the Hangman's skeleton from pvc pipe, then used a windshield wiper motor for the action. its controlled with a key fob. The control board inside the hangman saves sound files and is triggered when he kicks. I love that thing. Thanks for checking out my page.
