Top, My machine is a single nozzle. The Printers software builds the support material automatically based on the design. The vacuum forming molds is a great idea. Post up some pics when you get some, Thanks

A few pics of my progress, I need to cut about 1/2" off the bottom of the cab and im shortening the frame 1 1/8". I decided to use a different brand of ABS for the doors as its easier to remove the support material from such fragile areas.
Cab consists of 10 separately printed parts and feels very sturdy now thats its assembled. But, something doesnt seem right. I cant tell what it is about the way it looks. the hood is too long,or the side windows are too big. Maybe the angled roof is making look weird. looks more like a Duece and half to me than a 900B. Maybe after i get further it will look better to me.

Simply amazing......There is another firend of mine on the board that works with 3d printing (medical) and i am always intrigued by the stuff he makes......
