I can take a vid I suppose ...... Claus - Ive been thinking about those mud grips myself....
but I have a bit more to show in the pics I've already taken ..... anybody notice the cables coming from the diff's?????? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() works great! I only need 1/2 the throw of the 30mm stroke. I used the lever action since the spring tension the cable is pretty high..... |

I reversed the locking action of these axles . By default they are not locked , the small external spring on that lever has to overcome a coil-spring on the inside . Means NON-locked , this inside spring is always compressed . If you remove that spring on the outside lever the axle will be always locked and only unlocked if you pull the lever . I like it that a way much better , the inner spring is not compressed all the time , and it takes a lot less torque now to push/pull that lever for un-locking the axles . I just gone use a micro-servo above the axles , inside the frame and connect the servo-arm with a small tension-spring to the diff-lever , ( spring = to make up for suspension-travel ) to unlock the axle
