You are right Chris I think Cat or a Cat dealer is the only place to get it.

I found cat yellow at an ACE Hardware here in town it was'nt that expensive and i even found it on line here is the link:

You may be able to find some at your local HD truck dealership. I know many of them carry paints for engines.
