Actually as i mentioned in my OP thread, i used a scribing tool to cut it.
Theres already an engraved panel line where the hood meets the cab, so easy to scribe along to cut. And to cut the sides out, i scribed along the raised line with rivets on. Simple.

The fenders will be a simple thin round ones kinda like this:


I've a;ready cut some poly pipe to size, just gotta clean it up a bit before attaching.

I've also sanded all the puttied areas now, and re-puttied a few spots that needed it. And have removed all the bolt detail. But i will be replacing the bolts.
