Default Whos a motorcycle rider

Just interested in seeing who all rides here. Post up a pic of ur bike and maybe a bit of info about your ride and riding area.

I have 2 bikes my fun bike is a 99 Suzuki katana 750, and a oldy but goody cruiser, 89 Honda shadow 750 - 4 speed cruiser. I just love the open air wether it's a weekend out or just daily ride to work. Ill post up some pics later, still have not figured out how to do so from my phone.

No two-wheel discrimination here! I'll ride any **** thing.

Right now the stable consists of:
BMW GS R1200 Adv.

Ural Gear-Up Sidecar

'48 Harley Flathead

Zero Engineering Knucklehead Custom (I'm finishing up the build on that now)

Possibly picking up a '79 Shovelhead within the next week or so too......ugh never ends

Used to ride. Bought her new. Honda CB750F. Her name was Christine. Clip-ons, quarter fairing, case guards, custom lights, everything in black chrome. Rode her for years then sold her to my uncle when we started having kids. Several years later I bought her back . That was a sweet bike. But when I saw one too many of my friends go down I gave her up and have never looked back.

Presently have a 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom. I've have had a bike for
41 years.
I ride every day as I love this bike and helps clear the head. Water cooled, F/I, v-twin. The only dangers are people driving cages.

At pigeon that knucklehead is bad arse!!! Always loved those motors, I grew up around bikes and worked at a shop for some odd years when I was younger.

I don't know if i could give up riding, it clears the head, and just makes my day feeling the wind and cruising around with no destination.

Been on a two wheeler since I was twelve & now I'm fifty two. Have been through a pile of bikes,2 & 4 wheel. Also have been in the hospital MANY times cause of them. But that was in my younger days when fast & booze where the only way we rode. The more booze, the faster we went!
Well them days are behind me now,& I ride nice & easy on a road couch.

Actually just bought this bike two months ago,had across country run planned & couldn't quite do it with the bike I had.Softtails are nice, but much over three hrs in the seat of this baby.Your done!

So I traded her in on the couch,& glad I did! Took a 2000 mile trip on er,& loved every smooth mile of it.

I ordered that bike in 04 & it only seen water once in it's life time,& that was when the dealer boned up & washed it after a service.
Here's a couple of pics of what the bike looked like the day I traded her in.

It had 8000 miles on it,the boys at Harley kept askin me if I ever rode it.

I grew up on a farm and had many motorcycles and mini bikes. I have some pics of the last few bikes I have owned.

With the exception of the whizzer bike I bought all of them from new.

1998 Honda Shadow

2005 Heritage Springer

2007 KLX250S

The only bike I have now is a 1946 Whizzer Bike

My next bike will be either a Heritage Softail with a hydraulic front end (didn't like the springer front end) or an Ultra Classic.

Here is a couple pictures of my wife and I's bikes. As you can tell I am a Springer man. The red one has a 105", 5" stroke S&S motor putting out 105 horse power and 110 ft. lbs. of torque and the blue one has a 110", 4.25" stroke S&S motor that puts out 120 horse power and 120 ft. lbs. of torque. We like horse power My wife just went and got her liscense and we bought her a 2010 Dyna Wide Glyde. Shortly there after we found out she is pregnant so needless to say we haven't ridden much. That'll change shortly though. Anyway, just thought we'd share our rides.

Freddy

You ol guys are all the same. You sound like my ol man...he just bought that exact bike down to the color. Him and his buds took a 2000 mile ride around the west coast. Said he loves it. He kept his hot rods for the trips around town though. Think my comments of him acting his age got to him
