Purchasing From ScaleArt

Has anyone else had problems buying from ScaleArt? I'm so flippin' frustrated!! All I want to do is order a dang Hydraulic cylinder!!! I keep getting a PayPal error "invalid token" what ever the heck that means!!! I've never had any problems with PayPal before, I've ordered from many overseas vendors before. For those of you who have purchased from ScaleArt, did you run into any issues??

No issues from my end... You can try the email option for the order too.

Andy , when I order from any german co I try to contact them for an invoice 1st . I was told the Scale-Art ppl are a charm to work with .

Give the guys a call or drop them an email

They have a very good customer attitude and will help you.

Maybe - Be sure when using PayPal that you are ordering with the same e-mail

For example
I ordered a part and had a PayPal error
The website I was ordering from our account was listed to the wife's e-mail which is different than the e-mail tied to the PayPal account

Only ever had issues with that one vendor - all others ok

You are correct, Paypal will not work for a click and buy option from Scaleart unless you live in Germany or in Europe somewhere. The same thing happens when you try to order from AFV. Just email them the part number and they will get back to you very fast with a quote and a paypal invoice if you decide to buy.
