Primer then paint. I did all the spraying with aresol cans. I have read online that for a great paint job to use an airbrush. Anyone have experience on that topic?





While the paint dried I worked on getting the chassis powered and controller configured. It was a success. Ran good. Still a little too fast though.


Time for the fifth wheel and mudflaps.



I had to get an idea how the new painted cab would look on the chassis. I am liking it. Not too fancy but I still am liking it. There is plenty of opportunity for customizing!



And that is where I am up to now. I did get the 6T pinion gear in the mail yesterday along with an extra battery.
