			hi all,

I have chosen to instead, build a walking R/C hydraulic excavator rather than a backhoe loader for now. I have plenty of scrap metal and want an awesome machine. I have seen very few R/C hydraulic walking excavators out their and am going to build one because they are awesome machines . does any body know how to post pictures? thanks for reading!

Sorry I don't know where to get hydraulic stuff for cheap but I did find this build. It's a Menzi-muck in 1:15 scale which is a very similar to the Kaiser. It might give you some ideas.

Hi..welcome to the forum, and thanks for showing an interest in the hobby. I admire your courage and enthusiasm

Weeeell..there is..actually...a reason why we see so FEW of these machines out there...models of walking excavators...'In the meantime I'm looking for scrap metal parts'? Sorry, no offense, I do not know if you are 12 years old, or a grown up person, and I don't wish to ruin your enthusiasm at all, rather try to avoid you from ruin your own enthusiasm of the hobby at an too early stage...; what about start out with a bit less complicated project rather than a model of one of the most advanced hydraulic excavators know in the history of the Mother Earth..?

Furthermore, the project you are attempting to undertake is a daunting project. Scrape metal, not quite sure what you mean......best advice, is to save your money and take it one part at a time.
