Who professionally custom-paints RC models?

I live in California and am planning a new truck project. I also would need some minor decals fabricated such as truck bumper numbers and company door "magnetic" signs. Here is the company fleet livery I want on my future custom RC cement mixer. I love UPS brown. I need a simple graphic pattern for the cement barrel. The cab/body painter should also do my decals and graphics nicely. Who makes custom model decals to order from a submitted PC-generated design?
