Where can i get this body and what all would I need to make a complete cab?

this body is on shapeways under lucky07pro and you will need everything from a globeliner kit and you will need to scratchbuild the floormount to mount the cab to and to the frame ..i will be posting pics as i go along to show what needs to be done ..as well i am building the Ford Super Duty from the same gent on here
