966 update

Well it's been a while but (as most of you know, cosworth and rcp lol) I am getting near the electronics (and final) phase of the build! So I thought I might share some progress pics:

.032 is OK , but slow the wire feed down turn the shielding gas up ( if that is what your using. If flux core wire, clean your metal better.) a little more heat wouldn't hurt .
