Yes we are doing Lebanon again this year. This is just 30min from INDY just off of interstate 65

Annual Home And Garden Show April 20, 21, and 22, 2017 Three (3) day event located at the Boone County 4-H fairgrounds. If you need any more info just ask. We are doing this instead of INDY due to the cost of the Indy show. I won't point any fingers or go into great detail but the promotor at the Indy show pushed us and called our bluff after admitting she needed us more than we needed her so we walked away. She is blaming us for posibly killing her show but I am fine with our decision and I will sleep just fine at night.

Looks like last year had epoxy coated concrete or polished concrete with some astro-turf type carpet rolled out for the grass. Inside horticulture building, with lights and outlets.

Do we still need to bring our own tables and chairs?

			Yes, sorry to confuse.

The building is concrete as noted. But T,L and others have bought indoor outdoor carpet. We still lay heavy tar paper down for roads. We do not have run on the concrete. We can certainly drive on it. But clean up is a little slower. The 'coal' piles and other activities all run on the carpet. |

Chairs and tables were supplied last year but may be in short supply with the Home and Garden show going at the same time. It was first come, first supplied.

Last year we started around 8am and we booted out around midnight or so.

Cleanup is mid afternoon on last day generally. Setup is day before the first day of the show, if we have access, usually late afternoon. |

I have scored some hard board panels for roads. We will have to do so testing and figuring though. I'm hoping that we can forgo the tar paper.

If calcs are right I have enough for about 300' of roads. |
