Actually any of the new Spektrum radios have all the parts installed. It's just a matter of taking the back off and adjusting the centering spring and loosening off the ratchet spring. As well as you need to remove the 2 limiting stops that are installed on the throttle stick. I've now done this on my DX8, DX9 and DX18.

mavrick0 or anyone that has a DX9, I have a new DX9, mode2, I want to center the throttle, doesn't seem too difficult. My question, which I'm having a hard time finding info on due to what we do with these transmitters is what mode should we set them up as, leave it in mode 2 after centering the throttle?
