I’ve ordered twice from them, both took a few weeks to arrive and they are not good at emails. Both packages came from China so assume shipping durring the holiday will be slower but I received all my parts with no issues.

I’ve used them atleast a half dozen times. Your going to get your order, no worries. I agree they can improve communication as I to have had trouble in the past getting an answer from them by email. On their homepage they did leave an announcement stating orders will be shipped out a couple days later because of large volume.
