A huge terminal forklift looks like so much fun to play with! Especially one as nice as this. I think the cab is about the right size compared to the wheel size, but on those I've seen the cab is mounted a bit further back, behind the front wheels instead of over them. That difference might give the illusion of a longer wheelbase and smaller cab, maybe?

I had to make a static load test, 6 kilos 2 inch in front of drive axle center. that gives zero kilos on the steer axle, with no counterweight on the rear part.

And placed the cab further back looks like a splendid idea Wombii. Sometimes you get lost in your own thinking......... I pulled my brain together this morning and went for it.

By the way, I wanna lift 12.66 Kilos when all is done........should be 35 metric ton.

Counterweight in da rear will be cast in lead. Mold is in production right **** now.
