On the tool paths; Start by making a rectangular FRAME above your screw bosses depth and inner wall then make a rectangular POCKET to final depth a little smaller than the bosses using a larger end mill. Go back and profile the bosses to depth with the smaller tool you desire to clean out the corner radii.
