Yup, no rocket science to it at all. They're just a place to park your butt and your feet. All you need is a basic frame to keep the butt, foot and back boards from sliding around on the wagon running gear. Anything else is just bells and whistles.

I saw those guys were charging for the ride. The ones that I've seen were freebies - with donation jars for when you were feeling generous.
