Matt, after re-reading my post it almost sounds like I am saying your build will be easy. But, what I meant was dealing with the chain setups won't be to bad... The whole build is actually a large complex project that should keep you very busy.

I see Mc Master Carr has all the belting, lacing, roller chain, sprockets, and K-1 links.
