Replacement tires for Wedico 740

Anyone know where I could get replacement tires to fit the wheels of a Wedico 740 ADT?

If the tires are just slipping on the rim and are still in good shape I could turn a new set of rims with a larger diameter to fit the tires. If you don't have any luck getting new ones.
