A little more done on my quick coupler, i painted it, added a sticker of a Swedish brand that makes rototilts, attachments and quick couplers, I also tryed it out in the snow yesterday, it got all wet, i just let it sit over the night to see it there would be any rust problems in the cylinder holes, i did lube the cylinders, worked all good when i tryed the coupler next day.

So im very happy all in all so far with it, im going to waterproof the cover part and do a water test later on to see how waterproof it can get. Here is how it lookes now, ill try to make a better video this weekend. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Truck looks great --- but you already know it is too clean! The electric quick coupler is a real gem. Very clean install and looks to be positive-locking - sometimes a problem on the real ones.

			Great job on both! Ken

![]() The coupler works good for me this far, might be different in 1:1:s, do they get stuck or what? I had some playtime yesterday, i did a trench and it was a lot of fun, especially to let the water through from the water puddle! A lot of the material i filmed was direct in the sun so i had to scrap alot of video. http://youtu.be/1rDhn4gzehs ![]() ![]()

I have a Cat 305C CR mini excavator. Yes digging drain ditches can be a pain due to mud, packing everywhere! Look's great so far! Cheer's, Neil. |

I have operated a few different Volvo 140:s and they had hyd couplers and they got stuck as well sometimes when the bucket had sat to long in the coupler and rust and other effects made it stuck. But some "shaking" with the bucket and some light pressing made it come loose at last. ![]() Shouldnt be a problem on the scale coupler i hope! Quote:

![]() I also turned down 2 more comfortable stickgrips for my radio, turned out pretty good, im all new to machining parts, i wanted to make them a little concave where i hold my fingers, but i couldnt figure out how to make it concave on the manual lathe, very hard to turn it even over the whole part, any tips? ![]()
