So this is my wheelloader, i buildt it last year in March. I dont post all pics here, there is almost 150. Link to all of them http://s1089.photobucket.com/albums/...66G/?start=all

When everything was unpacked i was thinking "wtf is this it cant be a loader" it turned out i was wrong Some pics of the build![]() ![]() ![]() Cheted a little bit. ![]() ![]() ![]() Alongside the Sania t-cab hevyhauler. ![]() Call me crazy but I threw out all wdc electronics in the trash before I even tested it. I changed it to Servonaut instead. Here is the SMX soundmodule, i now its wrong but i just have to have the Scania V8 sound with a screaming turbocharger ![]() ![]() S20 (ESC) and BMA (hydraulic ESC) ![]() First testdrive outside. ![]() More to come...

			Nice loader and nice photos.

Question: My Friends's Wedico Loader has 4 tiny screws that hold each wheel to the axle and in your photo it looks like there is one bolt holding the wheel on? is that true?

			Thanks

![]() There are 10 small screws that hold the rims together and one bigger in the middle that holds the entire wheel in place.

Maybe they have, my machine is number 708.

I decided to expand the hydraulics of the machine so i can have hydraulic accessories. First thing i have to do was a new radio i choose the 10channel Sanwa SD-10G. ![]() New holders and hoses on the arms. ![]() ![]() ![]() This was not cheap, new controlvalve and some other things. The pistons is for a snowplow, more on that one later. ![]() Its a tihgt fit. ![]() The enginebay is really full ![]() ![]() Snowchains could be a good idea. ![]() ![]() Some plowing pics ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Oh and a little movie to ![]() http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUo5G2fHtow

The hose holder idea is cool. The lines on my 2 lift cylinders are the only hoses I have problems with getting pinched.

The one for the bucket is on the left. ![]() Testmount on the machine ![]() ![]() ![]() Servoholder ![]() this little arm is gonna be attached to the servohorn, it will certainly be a great fun to mount it. ![]() A little better view.

![]() Probably but i don't think he is willing to sell his machine, and if there was a chance of doing that i don't have the money for it By the way i have some big plans for my little loader. Servo to gearshift gave up so got completely fed up with the gearbox. Out with the old, ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() New motor, transmission and transfercase: Servonaut VTG450 http://www.servonaut.de/shop/product...ut-vtg450.html driveshafts: http://www.afv-model.com/4711shop/pr...ly-10x150.html http://www.afv-model.com/4711shop/pr...0-mm-bore.html brushless pumpmotor: http://www.der-getriebedoktor.de/sho...s.php?aid=2961 and radio: Futaba T8FG Super http://www.futaba-rc.com/systems/futk8010.html Hopefully i get all the parts in the end of the week

Changing the drivetrain in a CAT isn't as easy at it seams

![]() Motor is nearly in place just a few millimeters lower. ![]() Front driveshaft is to high up as you can see in this picture. ![]() Put the pump in to see if it works as i thougt. ![]() Filter in the same place as original just put it on the other side. ![]() Valves at the back of the machine. ![]() I can now put un twin NiMh or one bigger 3s LiPo battery. ![]() As you can see NiMh is a bit higher than the LiPo battery.

Done just a little bit more today.

Split the original holder for pump in two pieces so i don't have to make a new holder for the hood. Here is th right side. ![]() Not much left of the leftside. ![]() I placed the valve as high and far back as i could. ![]() Filter hanging upside down. ![]() This is how it looks under the hood rigt now, it's not easy to take a good picture on this. ![]() Got to fix the twisted hoses ![]()
