Yep truck has the lights mounted on it and the trailer is its power supply generator! Thing is massive and makes it look like daylight for some big distances!!
This is without the boom being extended

They used these when Nik Walenda walked over Niagara Falls on the tightrope back in June. Very impressive up close.
