Re: rc4wd 870k loader

I got that new version and yes, it does not have the fan. Also, I think maybe the battery compartment is a different size now. It seems to allow more standard sized batteries.

I bought this one,...

Hi RcBruder!

I think you will be fine with running all three motors on the same speed controller. I run four on the same controller in my version.

For inspiration you could have a look at my...

The 3D printer I have is this one:

I like it a lot, and I even have two of them.. But it's quite an old 3D printer. I think these days, you can...

Re: building bulldozer help

Hi Evan,

You can find lots of chains on Amazon and Ebay. If you buy a standard chain with attachments (k1 / k2 / w1) you don't have to weld on the ears on the chain.

For example these ones from...

Re: What vertical mill to buy?

I have a 14" by 25" table (K2CNC KT-2514S) and that has been large enough for all the RC stuff I've wanted to do.

The one I have is no longer sold, but I think there are some good quite cheap...

Re: Nylint michigan crane conversion, hopefully

As an alternative, for the slew and pinon gears, maybe you could use something like this:

What about a small gear motor with a drum on it, like this one?

Re: Electrical question

1A is pushing it a bit, in my opinion. I usually assume 250mA per servo for no load and 1A per servo at stall. I guess in your application the chance of stalling the servo is very small as turning...

Re: Electrical question

It varies a lot how much power an ESC can deliver to the RX. I would look up the spec on your ESC to see if it can power the RX plus three servos (for your valves). If you have the model number or...
